son: you know those plastic things that came in the 'shoots and ladder game' i was chewing on one of those and i swallowed it, that's why my back hurts
mom: deep sigh, no it isn't why your back hurts n0w sit up straight, and the toy will come out the other end
son: yuck!

i'm sitting in the living room nursing the baby, ds is down stairs, dd is outside, dh is at the kitchen counter making dinner, when suddenly there is a bang like a bag exploding, and rice falling all over the floor

dh looks at me, as if to ask what was that?
then he goes to check it out

the glass shower door had exploded in about a billion pieces and they were slowly falling on the floor --- how the hell am i gonna fix it and pay for it?

we're back in the house
the ants are gone

dh looked it up for me on the computer
flying ants live for only a few hours and
then die

and i did blast the air conditioning when
we left, hoping that the cold air would
kill them off as well

now is the fun part of cleaning them up!

mostly vacuuming -- what fun!!

well, the children and i are going to have to abandon the house

my son just woke me up and let me know that there are flying ants everywhere

some days the children are great some day's they are aliens!!

went to cut notches for my laundry line, had the circular saw set just right
cut about 10 lines, set the saw down to switch boards, and damn!
some how the saw reset it's self and i cut too deep

now i have to buy a new board -- sucks, cannot afford it till july
and i'll have to get the cement then as well

sucks, i wanted to have the boards all cut and ready :(

can't get a hold of my bf, think she turned in early for the night
i know she needed it, she was exhausted, she has 2 kids

there's a boy in my neighborhood, who is going down the wrong path

and there is no one around to turn him around, it sucks to have to watch it

his dad's in jail, and his mom has to work, to support him and his little sister
(big sister is in foster care, to get away from daddy dearest :(

mom is tired all the time, and i think she has given up on her son

how that must hurt to have to give up on your child because you cannot
help them, because your choices are to help them you must give up your job and live on the street and starve
or work, have a place to live and food to eat and not be able to help that child

it shouldn't have to be this way

my 6 year old decided that she was going to run away today
this is so stressful to me
i don't know how to handle it!

we compromised and she is spending the night at grandma's

i don't know if this is related to her dad not being here

but i know i wish he would come home

it is less stressful for me to have another adult in the house

the neighbors are fighting, or at least the lady is yelling at her husband

i can only deal with them if i know the person, i cannot deal with strangers and conflict

then he told him that i cried a lot and he was mad at his dad for that too!

the normal changes that it should

and this sucks
